Dormeo will not allow or pursue retaliation of any kind against any individual because that individual has raised a concern and submitted a Call to Action report or a question in good faith. No individual will be threatened (either overtly or impliedly) or adversely affected by retaliation or retribution, because of a concern or complaint, participation in an investigation into a complaint, or refusal to engage in unethical behaviour or fraudulent & corrupt activities.

If you do not wish to reveal your identity, be careful not to submit any information that may personally identify you. Check whether your internet connection is safe and the browser you are using, displays a padlock icon. Enter the application directly by saving the entry page to bookmarks.
Trusty AG is securing your technical anonymity and ensuring that your identity cannot be traced by technical means.
Data processing
Selected Dormeo company is the controller of the submitted personal data. In the event individual selects more than one Dormeo company for reporting, joint controllership between the companies is established.

The application, its webpages, as well as the database in which the personal data and information that you submit are stored, are operated by Trusty AG, Switzerland, on behalf of the organization. Trusty AG is processing your personal data and informaton as a processor of personal data, subject to the instructions received from Dormeo d.o.o.
The database is encrypted and hosted on virtual servers located in the EU.
For the purpose of processing your report, the personal data and information may be accessed, processed and used by the responsible personnel at the organization. The assigned personnel at Trusty AG has access to the database exclusively for the purpose of technical maintenance. If necessary, personal data and information may be disclosed to the police and/or other enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The submitted personal data shall be kept and processed in accordance with the organization's policies as long as the organization has the legitimate interest to process the report (including conducting any investigations) and, if applicable, initiate sanctions.
