In the event individual selects more than one Dormeo company for reporting, joint controllership between the companies is established.

The application, its webpages, as well as the database in which the personal data and information that you submit are stored, are operated by Trusty AG, Switzerland, on behalf of the organization. Trusty AG is processing your personal data and informaton as a processor of personal data, subject to the instructions received from Dormeo d.o.o. The database is encrypted and hosted on virtual servers located in the EU. For the purpose of processing your report, the personal data and information may be accessed, processed and used by the responsible personnel at the organization. The assigned personnel at Trusty AG has access to the database exclusively for the purpose of technical maintenance. If necessary, personal data and information may be disclosed to the police and/or other enforcement or regulatory authorities. The submitted personal data shall be kept and processed in accordance with the organization's policies as long as the organization has the legitimate interest to process the report (including conducting any investigations) and, if applicable, initiate sanctions.

You may submit your Call to Action report or question anonymously, or you may decide to disclose your identity to the Call to Action Officer either now or at a later stage. In both cases you will be assigned a username and password, which you will need to access your inbox. Disclosed ID of the reporting person usually allows for a more productive and efficient processing of the report and his/her protection against retaliation. Please refer to the Dormeo policies for further details on protection against retaliation and confidentiality.
For the purpose of processing your Call to Action report or question the personal data may be accessed, processed and used by the authorized personnel of Dormeo. If necessary, personal data may be disclosed to the police and/or other enforcement or regulatory authorities. The submitted personal data shall be kept and processed according to the organization's policy and as long as the organization has the legitimate interest to process the report (including conducting any investigations) and, if applicable, initiate sanctions, or to provide clarifications for the submitted question. The Dormeo warrants for privacy of the personal data and shall treat them in accordance with the relevant personal data protection laws. You are entitled to get acquainted with your personal data, to receive your personal data in a generally readable electronic format, provide corrections and request that the processing of your personal data be limited. The right to deletion of your personal data is limited with the legitimate interest of the organization described above.
